South Africa – Safari & Cape Town
For this once-in-a-lifetime trip, you’ll have an appointment with an incredible wildlife, breathtaking landscapes, charming smiles, local specialties, captivating sounds and outstanding sunsets.
Alfie will be your guide and driver for the safari . He founded the South African agency in charge of the local services. Alfie is a resourceful man who will guide you through savanna enthustiastically, ensure the functioning of the vehicles, organize access to the parks and accommodations. If required due to the size of the group, his assistant will also travel with you.
All the required equipment for a safari is provided on site (cutlery, cooking ustensils, tables, lights, etc.)
A wide selection of accessible accommodation is available, including bungalows and cottages in private reserves. All the bungalows are equipped with a private bathroom with roll-in shower ; the cottages are equipped with a private bath or shower. All types of accommodation have real beds, not camp beds.
Before or after your safari, we invite you to visit Cape Town where Sabine, Alfie’s partner, will be your host. You will stay you in a luxurious villa, 100% accessible, where you’ll have the choice of different spacious and accessible bedrooms.
During your stay, we recommend exploring the must-see spots around Cape Town, for example, Table Mountain, Cape of Good Hope, Boulders beach and its penguins. Wine-lovers can head off to visit the local wine producers, who offer tours of cellars and vineyards, in addition to wine-tasting: a special “wine route” is available upon request, you can explore Garden Road, a wine-growing region that extends along the coast for several dozen kilometres.
Surprising South Africa
Cape Town’s architecture is totally different than the rest of South Africa, with European and Afrikaner influences everywhere you look. The region is mainly white compared to the rest of South Africa. Here you’ll find the most stunning beaches in South Africa, including some that regularly feature in adverts for the world’s leading brands. The landscapes are incredible, with Table Mountain, which gets its name from its flat summit, dominating the city skyline. The cliff-top road will lead you to your accommodation and offers an amazing view of the bay, and if you’re lucky, you may even spot a whale.
